We're excited to bring you a brand new feature designed to save you time and effort - Automatic Sub-Jobs from Quotes!
Instead of having to manually create a sub-job for a section of your work once your client has given the go ahead, you can now simply press a button and Trak will do it for you so you can begin breaking up and managing all aspects of your jobs immediately. You can even pick and choose which sections of the overall quote you want to generate the sub-jobs from so you have full control over what is being created on your account.
To start using this feature, simply open the options for the section you wish to create the sub-job from (click on the Pencil Icon next to the relevant quote section's name) and tick the box labelled 'Create Sub-Job when approved'. Then, from the dropdown beneath this, select which job type you would like the sub-job to have. Once the client approves the quote, these sub-jobs will be automatically generated within the job the quote was for and will bear the section name and selected job type.
