In April 2019, Trak launched a collaboration with Burdens Plumbing in a venture to supply them with a state-of-the-art trade portal. The portal that we have designed allows Burdens customers to simplify the process of ordering with Burdens while also allowing them to streamline their business using Trak’s advanced job management features. Through The Portal, Burdens customers are now able to save countless hours travelling to and from the stores, or calling to enquire about prices. In fact, you’re able to:

• View the entire Burdens catalogue, including your business’s specific prices
• Create material orders, set delivery dates and instructions, and track the progress
• Access your Burdens invoices and statements
• Pay off your Burdens account via credit card
• Get roofing estimates
• Receive important updates on Burdens, Trak and industry news

The Portal can be accessed from any device, as long as it has internet access. This means whether you’re on the jobsite, or completing admin work at home, you’re able to access all of your Burens account information and place orders.  All new Burdens customers are automatically signed up with a Trak account - you’ll receive your login details straight to your email.
