Keeping track of extra allowances like site allowances, travel, or meals can quickly become a headache, especially when they vary between jobs or team members. That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to manage them directly from your Trak account.
How It Works
With Timesheet Allowances, you can now add extra payments directly within your timesheets. This can include:
- Site allowance
- Travel allowance
- Meal or food allowance
- Any other custom allowance you set up
You can create and manage these allowances by going to Company Settings - Finance Settings - Timesheet Allowances, so they’re ready to go whenever you need them.
When editing timesheets in bulk, simply drop in the relevant allowances with just a few clicks, no need to manually calculate or add them one by one.
Automate Your Allowances
To make things even smoother, you can set specific allowances to apply automatically to a job. That means every timesheet created for that job will automatically include those allowances, saving you and your team even more time.
Or, if you prefer, your users can add allowances themselves when creating their timesheet. Either way, it’s simple, fast, and consistent.

Timesheet Allowances is available now for all Premium Plan users.
