Introducing Expense Creation with AI - Trak's latest Time Saving Feature

We know how much time you can spend just managing expenses. When you have to sort through invoices, type in amounts, check GST and making sure everything lines up, it can feel like you're spending your whole life doing admin. That’s why we’ve built something new to make your life easier.

Expense Creation with AI, Trak's latest time saving feature, is now available exclusively to users on our Pro and Premium Plans.

How It Works

Getting started is simple. You can:

  • Email your bills, receipts, or invoices straight to your company’s designated AI inbox: which will be the same as your regular inbound email address for Trak but with "expenses." after the @, so if your normally plumbing@ttrak.co, you can send it plumbing@expenses.ttrak.co
  • Or, forward them to your regular Trak email inbox and click Create Expense → Populate with AI on the expense.

From there, Trak’s AI gets to work. It automatically reads the document and fills in as many fields as possible, including:

  • Date Sent
  • Supplier (as long as you add a GL code to the supplier when editing or creating them)
  • Expense description
  • Amount
  • GST
  • Due date

Once that’s done, all you need to do is quickly review the details and assign the expense to the right job. No more cross-referencing invoices or typing in the same details over and over again.

How Much It Costs

Expense Creation with AI is a pay-per-use feature designed to give you flexibility and value.

  • Pro Plan users: 60¢ per use
  • Premium Plan users: 30¢ per use

You’ll only pay when you use it, making it perfect for busy periods or whenever you want to cut down on admin time.
