Yes. Exporting your data is free on every plan, with no premium tier required. It's your data, you can take it whenever you want.
What format do exports come in?

CSV for your records and spreadsheets, plus a full open API on every plan if you want to pull data programmatically or into another system.
Do I own my data?

Yes. The data you put into Trak is yours. We don't hold it hostage behind a higher tier, an exit fee, or a support ticket.
What's the difference between exporting and the data-entry service?

Exporting is you pulling your data out, free, any time. The data-entry service is the opposite direction: our team taking your data from a spreadsheet or another platform and setting it up, cleaned and structured, inside Trak for you. That's the part we charge for.
How much does the data-entry service cost?

It's charged at an hourly data-entry rate, and depends on how much data there is and how much cleanup it needs. Send us the details through the form and we'll come back with a quote.
Can I just do the import myself?

Absolutely. You can import your own data from CSV at no charge, and our team will point you in the right direction. The paid service is there for businesses who'd rather hand it over and have it done properly.
