The Burdens Estimator is Back!

The Burdens Roof Estimator tool has now been upgraded and added back to The Portal and is ready for use! This means that you can once again save yourself the time and hassle, and instead access roof estimates which are low cost, accurate, and convenient. In order to create the estimation, we use our standard flashing profiles which you can find here.

Each roof estimate costs a flat rate of only $65+GST and is added to your outstanding balance with Burdens. Better yet, if the estimate is approved and you order your materials through Burdens, that initial cost will be added back to your Burdens account as credit for future use on products.

‍Please note that estimates for multi unit sites are calculated for each individual roof. Submitting an estimate is a simple process, and should take no longer than a few minutes. You can submit an estimate here. However, when you click on the “Get a roofing estimate” button on The Portal, many of your personal and company details will be pre-filled with data from Trade Trak.In addition to attaching a copy of your plans for an estimate, the questions you’re asked to answer are:

• Profile of roof sheets.
• Fascia.
• Type of guttering.
• Insulation.

You’ll also have a space to leave any additional comments if necessary. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an estimate within 3 business days and be notified of this via email.
